A.  Rezoning Request – RZ-09-07

North Henry Baptist Church, Inc. of Stockbridge, GA requests a rezoning from RA (Residential-Agricultural) to C-2 (General Commercial) for property located on the southwest corner of Old Conyers Road and Flat Rock Road, in Land Lot 96 of the 12th District.  The request is for a retail/commercial development.  This item was tabled at the October 20th Board of Commissioners meeting. B.  A request to amend an Ordinance regarding Wireless Communication Facilities (Presenter:  Ray Gibson, Director of Planning & Zoning)(Exhibit #5)

C.  Resolution requesting approval of a contract for professional service to review certain conditional use applications (Presenter:  Ray Gibson, Director of Planning & Zoning)(Handout #1)

D.  Resolution requesting approval of an amendment to the fee schedules for Planning and Zoning, Development Plan Review and the Building Department (Presenter:  Jeremy Gilbert, Planning & Zoning Department)(Exhibit #6)

 

E.  Rezoning Request – RZ-09-09

Barbara Dampog, Perlita Magat, Senda Lat and Domingo Cheng of Stockbridge, GA request a rezoning from RA (Residential-Agricultural) to RM (Multiple-Family Residence) for property located along the eastern side of Willow Lane, just south of Jonesboro Road in Land Lots 97 and 128 of the 7th District.  The request is for an apartment development. VI.         Resolution approving the purchase of certain real property located at 280 Mose Brown Drive, Locust Grove (Handout #2)
