IV.          Announcement: The following rezoning request was tabled by the applicant and will not be heard at this meeting:

A.   Emerald Capital Partners of Forest Park, GA; RZ-08-22; Commissioner Stamey, District 3 (Presenter: Stacey Jordan, Chief Planner)(Exhibit #4)

The request is to rezone property from RA (Residential-Agricultural) to RM (Multiple-Family Residence) for property located on the north side of Foster Drive and immediately east of Walnut Creek. The property is located in Land Lot 81 of the 6th District, consisting of 86.7 +/- acres, and the request is for the development of an apartment complex. The Zoning Advisory Board recommended denial of the request.

VIII.       Planning and Zoning Services

A.   Harold Gilliam of McDonough, GA; RZ-08-15; Commissioner Stamey, District 3 (Presenter: Stacey Jordan, Chief Planner) (Exhibit #3)

The request is to rezone property from R-2 (Single-Family Residence) to RA (Residential-Agricultural) for property located at 176 Crumbley Road. The property is located in Land Lot 7 of the 7th District, consisting of 5.8 +/- acres. The request is for a future single family residence. The Zoning Advisory Board recommended approval of the request.

A.   Resolution requesting approval of a Performance Partnership Agreement with Georgia Emergency Management Agency (Presenter: Don Ash, EMA Director)(Exhibit #5)

B.   Resolution requesting authorization to accept donations from the Department of Human Resources (Presenter: Don Ash, EMA Director)(Exhibit #6)
